Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Thread Analytics Pty Ltd ("Thread", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard at app.thread.cx or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Thread is a marketing analytics platform that unifies advertising data from connected platforms, including Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, into dashboards and reports. Features may include drag-and-drop dashboards, automated reporting, client management, white-label branding, AI-powered insights and ThreadID attribution.

We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to use Thread.

4. Connected platforms

Thread reads data from third-party advertising platforms that you authorise. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and to process the data it contains. We are not responsible for changes, outages or data limits imposed by a connected platform.

5. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is Starter at $49, Professional at $149 and Agency at $349 per month. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice before it affects your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not attempt to access data you are not authorised to view, reverse engineer the platform, resell access in a way not permitted by your plan, or use Thread to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

7. White-label and client data

White-label features let you present dashboards and reports under your own brand to your clients. You remain responsible for the relationship with your clients, for the accuracy of what you present and for obtaining any consents required to process their data through Thread.

8. Intellectual property

Thread and its underlying software, design and trademarks remain our property. You retain ownership of your data and the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Thread and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under local law.
